Terms of Service

By accessing or using KnoBall (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. See also our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

KnoBall is a football league governance and video-analysis platform. Features include league and team management, video submission and AI-assisted analysis (including KnoBall Referee and the Content Control Console), commissioner decision workflows, and integrations with third-party services such as Discord and EA Madden (via the AIRBUD integration).

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a KnoBall account. Roles and permissions that can manage a league, its members, content, evidence, decisions, or integrations require the account holder to be at least 18 years old. KnoBall may prevent an account that has not confirmed the applicable age requirement from using those features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or joining a league.

You retain ownership of the video, images, text, and other content you upload or submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant KnoBall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transform, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service — for example, to extract frames, generate captions and narration, produce analysis reports, and display results to you and to the league you submitted the content within.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any User Content you upload, including any required rights to footage, likeness, or audio, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

KnoBall uses AI to help analyze video and generate observations, transcripts, summaries, and reports. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided as an aid to human review — it is never a final ruling. Final decision-making authority always rests with a league's commissioner, owner, or authorized staff, and any AI-assisted findings are subject to human review before any decision is acted on.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm another person or league.
• Misrepresent your role, identity, or authority within a league.
• Use automated means to scrape or access the Service outside of the interfaces we provide.

Leagues, teams, and memberships within KnoBall are self-governed by each league's own commissioners, owners, and staff. KnoBall provides the platform and tools; it does not adjudicate disputes between league members or act as a party to any league's internal rules or decisions.

The Service may let you connect third-party accounts and services (such as Google, Discord, Twitch, and EA Madden data via AIRBUD). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and KnoBall is not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by KnoBall and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license you grant us in your User Content, these Terms do not grant you any rights to KnoBall's intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnoBall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

100 LG is an 18+ community. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in 100 LG and its associated league programs and platforms.

Members are expected to play fairly and follow all published 100 LG rules and applicable platform rules.

Cheating, exploits, intentional abuse of game mechanics, manipulation of results, or other competitive violations may result in warnings, suspensions, forfeits, loss of rewards, removal from the league, or removal from KnoBall and other 100 LG-controlled platforms and programs.

100 LG will not pursue or threaten legal action solely because someone cheated in Madden or violated an in-game 100 LG gameplay rule. These are league matters.

This does not prevent 100 LG or KnoBall from responding appropriately to separate real-world conduct such as hacking, unauthorized system access, fraud, theft, threats, harassment, or other potentially unlawful activity.

100 LG uses KnoBall, SARA, AI, and automation to assist with league operations, statistics, scheduling, reports, moderation, rankings, historical records, highlights, news, content, and other community features.

AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Automated systems may flag or recommend actions, but significant disciplinary decisions remain subject to human review.

KnoBall is a developing/beta platform. Features, systems, data, and availability may change as the platform develops.

100 LG and KnoBall may collect and process league-related information including gamer tags, Discord/platform identities, teams, schedules, game results, statistics, gameplay tendencies, rankings, achievements, penalties, historical records, reports, and other information generated through league participation.

This information may be used to operate the league, verify games, enforce rules, improve KnoBall, maintain league history, create analytics, and develop league-related content and features.

100 LG is a content-producing league.

League games, streams, screenshots, clips, highlights, usernames, profile images, gameplay, commentary, interviews, and other league-related contributions may appear in official 100 LG, KnoBall, and KSN content distributed through YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Discord, and other official league media.

Designated recorded or streamed voice channels/events will be treated as recorded environments. Private communications are not automatically permission for unrestricted recording or publication.

To the extent you own or control the applicable rights, you grant 100 LG and KnoBall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and promote your league-related contributions for league, archival, editorial, promotional, and media-network purposes.

You retain ownership of content that belongs to you.

POTW, GOTW, streaming rewards, and similar programs are governed by their published league rules.

Participation in 100 LG does not automatically create a right to advertising revenue, royalties, creator payments, or ownership of league-produced content.

KnoBall may later introduce Creator Points, attribution, revenue participation, or other creator programs. If those programs launch, their eligibility, attribution, and compensation rules will be provided separately.

Nothing in this disclaimer guarantees future compensation.

League staff may review game footage, screenshots, statistics, submitted reports, and other league evidence when investigating possible rule violations.

Members may challenge an incorrect statistic, AI result, moderation flag, or disciplinary decision through the league's established review process.

100 LG staff may interpret and enforce league rules, protect competitive integrity, and remove members whose conduct materially harms the league or community.

This disclaimer and 100 LG policies are subject to change as 100 LG and KnoBall develop.

Any time this disclaimer changes, members will be notified of exactly what changed. Material changes may require a new acknowledgement.

100 LG and KnoBall are independent community projects.

Madden, EA, NFL, NFL teams, and other third-party names, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

100 LG participation is also subject to applicable rules and policies of the platforms used by the league.

This disclaimer is also posted as an announcement in the 100 LG Discord server, where reacting with 💯 to that post serves as your electronic acknowledgement and signature of that version of this disclaimer. No 💯 reaction on that announcement means no participation in 100 LG.
